Prenatal Fitness Instructor is a role responsible for providing safe and effective fitness classes to pregnant women. The instructor will create programs tailored to the needs of their clients, taking into consideration each individual's physical capabilities and personal goals. They must also educate expectant mothers about exercising during pregnancy, provide nutrition advice, answer any questions that may arise from participants in the class, as well as encouraging and motivating them throughout the program.

Prenatal Exercise Specialist
This prenatal exercise specialist is responsible for providing clients with effective, safe and customized exercise programs tailored to their individual needs during pregnancy. These specialist will provide guidance on how to adjust or modify existing programs in order to accommodate any changes that occur throughout the course of a client's pregnancy. They will also work with clients to ensure proper form and breathing techniques are used during sessions in order ensure maximum safety as well as effectiveness of each program.
